I'm Andrew Lamothe, a bioinformatic engineer, but most people call me Quin.

I hold bachelor's degrees in Biomolecular Engineering and Bioinformatics, and Computational Mathematics from UCSC.

My primary interests pertain to the development of bioinformatic APIs and machine learning based methods of biological system and therapeutic molecule prediction.

Uses k-means prediction to ascertain genomic sequences within ambiguously attributed fasta format data. The resulting cluster sequences are used to develop NCBI BLAST requests.

Determines the most probable sequences missing from a greater set of genomic reads.

Files pertaining to the processing of NGS data in .fasta.gz format for the purposes of identifying the genomic sequences which belong to either of the tuataras dual mitochondrial genomes.
