User defined types can be converted to arrays.

type Foo {
  bar: string
  baz: bool
}

const foo = new Foo {
  bar = "bar'
  baz = true
}

if foo.baz {
  print(foo.bar)
}
// is equivalent to

const foo = new Array<any> [ 'bar', true ]

if foo[1] {
  print(foo[0])
}

There are two ways this could be accomplished: rewriting user-type creation, access, and updates in the user's code to work on arrays, or converting the user type statements into microstatements involving arrays like this:

type Foo {
  bar: string
  baz: bool
}

const foo = new Foo {
  bar = "bar'
  baz = true
}

if foo.baz {
  print(foo.bar)
}

becomes

const foo = newarr()
pusharr(foo, 'bar')
pusharr(foo, true)
const cond = copyfrom(foo, 1)
condfn(cond, fn {
  const out = register(foo, 0)
  print(out)
})

The microstatement approach looks like it would be the simpler to implement as none of the translations appear to require manipulating multiple statements at the same time.
