Incorrect elision of named import if typings of a callback function contains a parameter with the same name about sucrase HOT 1 CLOSED

Thanks for reporting! I still need to dig into the exact details, but it looks like the problem is that Sucrase's shadowed global detection is incorrectly flagging the usage of someVariable as a shadowed global (and therefore not a usage of the import), since the someVariable: any is a parameter declaration within the function's scope. It looks like it could be fixed either by saying "type tokens can never be real parameter declarations", or by giving the type declaration its own scope so that it's not counted as part of the function scope.
