Shoutbox - Needed or not needed about flow3-admin-system HOT 4 CLOSED

global shotbox would be useless since you plan to make it open for more

bugs and stuff will be reported to you via ticket anyway and other global discussions will be easier via forum
shoutboxes for the clans seem to be pretty useless to me aswell since all clans will have own stuff or just contactdetails on their page
only thing i can imagine would be a shoutbox for the game
like one for ut2k4 one for minecraft and so on, dont think it is necessary tho
i always prefer forumstuff or sticky comments at least for important things and irc for temporary shit :)

Hm I was thinking to have the shoutbox as something to leave important messages but we can use the forums for that as well or the news sections. If people want others to add their bans or something they could always use the message system. So yeah shoutbox will not be so necessary.

By default, updates for bans will go into the other persons feed / notification center. So people should be pretty up-to-date about what you do and there is no need to manually contact them.
