That isn't necessarily an error. If you are running with ./nodebb start there should be more stuff in logs/* maybe there is an actual error message in one of those files.

It's all I've got, it goes from NodeBB ready, then just restarts, shows the copyright info, this is the pastebin, I'm not sure what redis is doing, I have requirepass uncommented in redis.conf, but logs says it doesn't need one..

you're on 0.4.3, this plugin was set to be officially released with the NodeBB 0.5.0 release. you're seeing the warning because of this https://github.com/akhoury/nodebb-plugin-spam-be-gone/blob/master/plugin.json#L22

maybe, there is no crash error log before it restarts?

don't use the nodebb executable, try this:

cd /path/to/nodebb
NODE_ENV=development node app
