Log In Process about mobile HOT 3 CLOSED

I think we cannot use the Auth0 SDK for this because it requires a specific domain like https://companyX.airy.co, so with this solution we wouldn't be able to use the app for more than one customer. We need to use the Authentication API and require the user to specify what instance wants to aim for.

It could be a third field in the login process:

• Email
• Password
• Namespace

Or another solution would be, asking for the namespace before, and then using the Auth0 SDK.

In my opinion the second option is better, since the SDK will be able to identify if the organization has more login options, like GSuite for instance.

React Native is a technology that allows us, with just one project, compile apps for iOS and Android. So we do not need to split the tickets into Android and iOS, unless it's a bug that just happens in one of them. @lizhutter

Good point! I do agree that it would be a better option to identify if the organization has more login options, so we should ask for the namespace + then using thee Auth0 SDK.
