It is generally not a great idea to add large files that can easily be generated.
Please look at the README, this file can be generated with the following command:
python extract_noun_phrases.py --source data/airbnb-train-indoor-filtered.tsv --output data/bnb-train.np.tsv
from bnb-dataset.

I have executed this instruction and obtained "bnb-train.np.tsv" file, but the noun_phrases.txt can't be generated using the command you mentioned.
And this "data/task/noun_phrases.txt" file is missing when running the following command in the README:
python perturbate_dataset.py --infile R2R_train.json --outfile np_train.json --mode object --training True
from bnb-dataset.
