I use ^ in dependencies, so I think we shouldn’t.

Say hello to yarn.lock. It remembered what you wanted, and froze the webpack for you.
So only new (or npx) customer will get the new stuff.

Anyway users will need yarn update to update Size Limit

@ai I still get this bug with a fresh install (except the error comes from Terser now), either with yarn or npm.
