Thank you for contribution.
I have some doubts about "helper" part.
Maybe "Assistant tools" or "Programming assistant" or "Scripting assistant" is better?

The correct term would be "Programming tool". 👍

The point is that subgroup should be already in "Tools" group, which actually means "Programming tools", because everything in it are actually programming tools.
