FeatureReq: Support Folding for SELECT/END SELECT about fabcod HOT 3 OPEN

This kind of opened pandora's box for me. Suffice it to say this is fixed. Along with a bunch of other problems with how elseif & case were parsing their sub-groups; which included all folding related problems.

I did not rebuild the VLX, but please test this when you get a chance and if you agree it is corrected, then close this issues.

Better but some issues with nested "SELECT" folding. Case seems to fold fine.

Following Screen cap shows issues when it's after the "Else" (perhaps expecting a "Case else"?) This one seems to be after the "Else" in an IF.

Check out this script however....lots of "Nesting" and the one SELECT used isn't after an ELSE but still does it.

Low priority if you ask me...it's much better and should work for most....not everyone's going to have this much nesting of conditionals.

Upon a VSIX build today, the above issues seems to be resolved.

However, there is no folding region around the "CASE" sections like before.

If this was intentional, we can close this issue. I can imagine how CASE might be difficult given there's no "End Case" or other ending keyword like there is for other conditional tests.

If I had to choose, I'd prefer this better handing of the Select / Nested Select folding without folding CASE as opposed to the other way,
