only reduces when the argument is a constructor.
As to why the color is not more informative that should be fixed, something should be highlighted yellow. Originally Agda highlighted the whole line, but that was quite annoying, so that's where we are. Maybe highlighting Nat-test-id
on that line would be the best choice.
