@kmedved Thanks for your question. You can pass your sample weights to LOFOImportance in fit_params. Example:
fi = LOFOImportance(dataset, scoring=scorer, model=LinearRegression(), cv=cv,
fit_params={"sample_weight": df["sw"].values})
