Actually I think that was mine but i don't know who did it.I'll add the session rate and specialty bs l health package thing no as the req for the patient to subscribe to a package is in sprint 2 f i added dummy data for now

@NairuzY we can just add a reference in the patient model to health package and make it not required, and we don't have to change anything else, and use the health package correctly in calculating the sessionRate

When we create a dummy patient we can assign him a dummy health package, just so that we are sure this requirement is met.
