implement ticking sound option about goodtime HOT 4 OPEN

Hello, I was recommending this app to a friend today and he mentioned this feature was one that he'd appreciated in another app. I was skeptical, but thought about some of the research which has shown metronomes increase focus. Anyway, saw this stale feature request and figured it was worth a bump.

The added suggestion by @r4taw2mg makes a bunch of sense too and reminds me of certain meditation apps. Basically it would fade out over 5-15 seconds, then fade back in before the alarm went off. This could help to avoid the jump that one of my pomo timers currently invokes. That said, this would be an additional feature, as ticking all the way through would be desired as well.

Please also have an option, for the ticking sound to slowly fade away after a couple of seconds. So the sound would be an acustic clue that a Pomodori just started.
