I think this worth re-introducing since it is an expected feature. Both CalendarDateTime and ZonedDateTime has milliseconds field.

I did not what to open a second request. Mine is not about ms it is exactly the opposite. For our project a granularity for "month" would be very helpful. Some of our contracts can only be canceled at the beginning of a month, so picking a day is unnecessary/confusing.
