There's a new Maven module for building a single package that embeds ui.apps and ui.content. Run
mvn clean install -PbuildSinglePackage
to only build the package (in package/target) and
mvn clean install -PbuildSinglePackage -PautoInstallSinglePackage
to install it on an AEM instance.

Questions/notes:

• Other ideas for name of the module and name of the final package? Something like "all" or "combined"?
• Currently mvn clean install will build an empty package to so that we don't make every build longer. If someone knows how to completely skip it and not build a package at all, please let me know.
