Ask Gilles Knobloch for most current version of the content fragments documentation and what are features available in 6.2

Also, Daniel, you’ll need the fix for https://jira.corp.adobe.com/browse/CQ-76550 (available in QS master / cq-ui-touch-optimized-content-2.2.856)
Currently you will have to set a policy to the parent container of the Content Fragment and set that container as initial content. We are thinking of a way to avoid that step.

In nightly cq-quickstart-6.2.0-20160304.092306-1155 images are working fine now
