Run webhook with debug enabled and see what your logs show.

@moorereason I have -debug activated here again the command line:

/usr/bin/webhook -ip 127.0.0.1 -port 9225 -hooks /opt/docker-volumes/others/webhook/hooks.yaml -debug -hotreload

Hotreload works, I see that when I modify the hooks.yaml file, that webhook registers the change and reloads the hooks.

My fault @moorereason, the service can't be reached because the request is going to the docker network and not on my host network. I close this now. Thanks for listing and the project.
