Apply Personal AdGuard DNS to NordVPN about adguardforandroid HOT 6 CLOSED

@sirleon23 if I understand correctly, you want to figure out how to add AdGuard DNS Family server to Nord VPN?

1. I cannot type my personal Adguard DNS in the DOH form in android (in my case https://d.adguard-dns.com/dns-query/xxxxxx). I can type only d.adguard-dns.com (and even if it works I don't have a DOH but a DOT).
   2 nordvpn doesn't have the option to disable it's vpn ( u can only select its own or put IPs, again in this case I can't type my Adguard DNS in the DOH form).
   Idk if I am more clear now

@sirleon23 so the main issue is that you are unable to enter your personal DNS into the device system due to the IP format on the system, and because of that you are unable to run Nord VPN + DNS Adguard?

@maxikuzmin i can't enter my personal DNS nor in device system nor in NordVPN. The device system accepts only d.adguard-dns.com (in this way I have a DOT not a DOH). The NordVPN app accept only the IP format and even in this case I don't get a DOH. Also, NordVPN doesn't allow to disable its own dns.
In this moment I'm using NordVPN DNS for this reason

@sirleon23 Android does not support the HTTPS protocol for configuring Private DNS through the built-in settings. Private DNS in Android uses the TLS protocol to provide security when making DNS queries.

If you have specific requirements for using HTTPS for DNS, you may need to consider third-party applications or solutions that can provide HTTPS support for DNS
