re: including all widgets
Once this project is ember-cli compatible, you should be able to require/include only the widgets you need. Until then I'm afraid you're right and you'll have to include all of the widgets :(
re: jquery version #
According to the bower.json we prefer jquery 1.10.2. Did you mean your project requires 2.0?
Right now you have a couple options. You can fork this project and change it to suit your needs (trim out the other widgets), or you can submit a PR to update our dependencies/help move to ember-cli.
Closing for now -- feel free to open a PR.

Anyway thanks for the response! I saw that ember-cli has a clear advantage over previous workflow so I'm looking to your update!
