Maybe I am missing something. I just remove the item from whatever backing array I am using for the content for ember-table. That removes the item from the ember-table view as well.

@pvertenten is correct; I made a JS Bin demo, though I don't recommend my method of setting the table content: http://emberjs.jsbin.com/feqih/53/edit. Click in the "Delete Row" column to see rows disappear.
