The issue seems to be the rowContent cache in Ember.Table.RowArrayProxy

The following workaround forces the cache to empty as the content array changes

Ember.Table.RowArrayProxy.reopen({
  rowContent: function() {
    return []; 
  }.property('content.@each')
});

With this fix the table appears to work fine when the row content changes after rendering.

This also happens when first removing and then adding rows at the end of the table, the added rows are then still bound to the old rowContent and thus render incorrectly. This fixes it, thanks very much.

Closing this as out of date, since RowArrayProxy has been removed a while ago and I'm not sure how to reproduce the problem.
