I haven't been keeping myself up to date with the project and the issues as of late as much as I've liked to, but I've been emailed personally to get this back on track. I'd love it if you could merge it back into this project, and I can put you and your team on as a collaborator.

using a fork of this library with @gustavi's 1.9 patch applied but it'd be

I have invited some interested collaborators that have emailed me personally to get this project back in shape. Apologies for the non-activity. I have not filed the proper open sourcing paperwork with my employer yet, and it prevents me from working on this project at the moment.
