cleaning up problematic patterns, and improving readability & maintainability
refreshing the documentation by updating READMEs, providing clear guidance for local usage, and adding visuals
upgrading the dependencies to keep libraries and frameworks current
quality assurance by conducting testing (unit. intefration & regression)
integrating CI/CD where it is lacking
prmptly addressing any security vulnerabilities with security patching
