Questions should be asked on our forum; the issue tracker is mainly for reporting bugs.
Answer: press F for airstrikes, and all other killstreaks are automatic.

But this does show that something should be done for usability: quite a few users in the past do not know how to use killstreaks.
Maybe it should be added in the tutorial somehow. The keybind for "use" may be reassigned, so displaying it on the screen might be a bad idea.
