Sorry for my late reply (vacation), I will try to reproduce the error this afternoon. Could be related to newer versions of Django/Cripsy forms. I wrote this package for Django 1.8 Crispy Forms 1.5 (I think it worked with 1.6).

Can you try with this extra line in your settings:
CRISPY_ALLOWED_TEMPLATE_PACKS = ('bootstrap', 'uni_form', 'bootstrap3',
'bootstrap4', 'semantic-ui',)
I will be working on an updated version soon.

I tried the fix, but I get
Exception Type: | TemplateDoesNotExist
