This is the documentation for version 0.13 the new documentation is at the link above. It will be released with 0.20.

@Michael-Grover assigning you so no one starts working on this for the current 0.13 documentation :) I'm leaving the issue open until we are sure all of the references in the 0.20 version of the doc have been updated.

Good point! The front page is global, so we should switch it once we make 0.20 the official version of the documentation.
