Maya not rendering images to output folder about opencue HOT 2 CLOSED

ok so looking at the logs, theres this line

Error: line 1: RuntimeError: [mtoa] Failed batch render
Warning: file: C:/Program Files/Autodesk/Maya2024/scripts/others/mayaBatchRenderProcedure.mel line 654: Renderer returned an error while rendering 'defaultRenderLayer', please verify the output image.
Scene C:/renders/TEST.ma completed.

from opencue.

got it working doing the below link, i have reverted back to the default images folder ie

c:\Users{user}\Documents\maya\projects\default\images\test

and now when the frames succeed in opencue now i can see the images in that folder
