Thanks for writing this, you are right about the diagrams and your suggestion looks good as well (don't be ashamed), although I am not sure I can use it as it is - I don't like to invent too much notation, plus I want to make it clear that "x", "not x" and "x and y" are all propositions, that is objects of the same type.

I will think about it.

Ahh, good thought - especially given the title of the book :D
I will think about it some more as well, perhaps some other idea comes up.

Thought about this more, these diagrams are harder is probably because classical logic is harder to picture.

But the chapter on classical logic is just a detour, so I think that we are good.

There is a problem I see with some diagrams being too small, but will fix that one later.
