Dataloader.Ecto requires the existence of primary keys. It's the only way it has to store associations. This should probably be documented, but there's no plans to support tables without primary keys in the Ecto source. Without them there's no generic way to store results.

Wouldn't it make sense to configure what keys to use when calling load or other related functions? ... If it makes sense I might try to solve it in a PR
