We will have to rename again. Have a look at this https://pypi.python.org/pypi/pymediawiki/0.3.4 I didn't encounter this when I searched for existing packages by this name.

I suggest we keep this name till the first release when we will have to come up with a new name. Till then keep the ideas pouring.
