Tracking features planned for v0.2 here. Add in your suggestions/prioritization here or create an issue per suggestion (that's the work flow I'm planning from this release onwards. Issue -> [wip]pr -> pr -> request review/merge).

changed the ordering based on priorities
reasons:
- Home page will give a face to the project, can be as simple as a standard jekyll theme displaying the readme.
- Light weight/mobile responsive CRM/ is need of the hour. Try to implement JWT layer
- Docker is more of a research objective right now. let's create tags (devops, debugging, research) etc
- Need more info what you mean by this. Checkout something like django debug toolbar for flask. Key point should be this should be present only in dev envs.
- I think this feature can wait till next iteration. This is how I look at it
v 0.1 Skeleton and Proof of Concept
v 0.2 Bulletproofing Proof of Concept to Project
v 0.3 Extending the project for interoperability/extendibility across multiple client interfaces (RESTful Slack/git like commits/emails)
v 0.4 12 Factoring the project
v 0.5 pip package management
v 1.0 Stable release with 90 + code coverage
v 1.5 Slack bot
v 2.0 Offline PWA in a docker container
This is pretty high level and extremely open to reprioritization and change. Let's do a call ASAP

Let's reprioritize once you have gone through this

Sounds great.
For 4. My aim is that, since this project has a lot of moving parts (db, emailing, message broker), it will be a nightmare to make sure everything is working as expected. I was thinking of some kind of checks/tests to make sure all infra related things are set up correctly. Something like a bash script that will run pre starting the server.
The roadmap you mentioned looks good enough. I don't have a lot to add to that. Can be followed. I'll check the awesome-flask repo.
