add mail plugin about honeybot HOT 5 CLOSED

Abdur-Rahmaan, I emailed you recently about this issue and would like to be assigned this issue to be worked on if possible! I just need more detail about the functionality of the plugin you need.

I have the email plugin implemented, just need to update the documentation for the plugin then a pull request will be submitted. I have made where the user will enter the commands .mail, .body, and .subject in the chat to setup the email that needs to be sent. For setting up the personal email account and SMTP settings there is a config file for that so that the user doesn't have to put their personal information in the chat. An example of what a user would put in the chat to send an email would be ".mail [email protected] .subject test subject .body test body for IRC bot email" and the plugin will setup the email and send the email if the config file is setup correctly.
