Are double-sided materials supported natively in GLTF, or are then an extension?
How are they indicated?

I'm pretty sure this is going to require three more pipelines for the double-sided versions of opaque, alpha mask, and alpha blend. Still need to figure out how to tell if a GLTF model wants to be double sided.
Once this works, the panel and bounding box models should probably be set to double-sided instead of doubling the meshes like they do now.
