If there’s a flag that is unexpected the CLI declares it below and tries to help when possible. I do not think the “-d” flag shows on the docs. If it does it should not since it is not a valid command. The front end is a full one to one replication of A11yWatch.com. To get to the dashboard you need to register on a new instance. All of this is local when using the frontend and does not interact with the production website. You cannot use localhost in a Docker container to test UI. Replace localhost with the computer hostname. At the bottom of the CLI README you can also find this note.

There was a small issue on an earlier build today for the web. We just released the ability to view all websites on the dashboard or one single view at a time. Some more changes to the dashboard coming soon that helps show more up front.

Looks like the frontend had a small issue in the production docker image causing the API to not connect.Release for the fix coming shortly. The intro to the project also has been cleaned up to show different paths.
