I know the selector works in Angular2 Components ,
In Angular1 Components, however, I do it in the component.module.js as follows:

componentModule.component('fuzer', someComponent);

You can change 'fuzer' to whatever name you like

How to generate a component called fuzer ?

yo at-angular:component fuzer

This will automatically show the element upon using < fuzer ></ fuzer >
