not all variables bound in resultset when vars form a triangle about 4store HOT 2 CLOSED

@kasei I have found a solution for this bug that I will be pushing shortly. It is a tricky one. I think I had already run into this issue when developing 4sr and somehow I pushed a patch that only worked for query optimiser = 0, not the default level. I have made the code to work with any query optimisations and it seems that the error is not happening.

All those results that you saw with only two variables were actually things of the form "a knows b" and "b knows a" which were incorrect solutions, because obviously they do not form a triangle.

@swh Even though the patch I am submitting fixes this issue, I believe that the real problem comes from the conjunctive/disjunctive bind operation. I might look into that later this week if I have time.
