YiiWheels is a widget library that will enhance YiiStrap. The difference between YiiWheels and YiiBooster is no other than it avoids the registration of all the assets at once, encapsulating them to each of their correspondent widgets. That is, no unnecessary assets will be used.

Also, YiiWheels takes advantage or the less hierarchical approach of YiiStrap compared to its predecessor, Yii-Bootstrap. Speeding up what it was for YiiBooster a huge issue.

Finally, YiiWheels will always require YiiStrap, so there are not two versions of the same application (as it was with their correspondent predecessors)

@tonydspaniard Thanks a lot for this great and really helpfull answer. Right now I am searching for a bootstrap foundation for my first big php project and I will definetly check out yiiwheels.

In Yiibooster I recently made a few feature requests - the most important one has to do with enhanced filtering options. Do you think you can check it out and tell me what you think about it? For your information: I am a total YII newbie and have no idea if this really belongs to yiibooster/yiiwheels or if it is more a giix/CRUD-generator thing. But I think the whole topic of data-filterting and bulk-actions is really important for a great user experience.

I have some more ideas concerning "bulk-actions" - please let me know if you are interested and I could open up a yiiwheel feature request... :-)
