更新重启规则会导致容器重新启动，即：已经关闭的应用会重启。

1Panel 应用商店中的应用均采用容器化方案部署。
因为 docker 服务是开机自启，所以应用的 重启规则 默认为 一直重启 时则会出现上述情况。
更新重启规则会导致容器重新启动这个问题，我们会尝试在后续版本优化。

如果不想使用默认规则那就需要你手动设置，1Panel 自身也是支持的。
